Born in California, Steve Brown was the owner of the World's only subsidized chain of coffee shops in Amsterdam called The Happy Family which had 20.000 members and a gross overturn of 50 million guilders according to the Dutch IRS. On top of that The Happy Family also collected 2.2 million guilders a year in subsidy from the government. In 1999 he got shot by a professional hit man in front of his house. He nearly survived the attempt on his life with one bullet straight to his liver and a shattered arm. During and after the attempt on his life he studied Law in Amsterdam and got his Bachelor degree. He worked with almost all the national and international crime groups and traveled all around the world as 'social worker' on behalf the City of Amsterdam in Gangstas Paradise. He traveled all over the world as a import/export social worker for The Happy Family and later in life as the presenter for a TV program called Heavy Guys ( Zware Jongens ) for Veronica Television in The Netherlands : India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Morocco, Singapore, Thailand, Lebanon, Cuba ( Pharmacy Factory ), Rumania, Former Yugoslavia, Nigeria, Iran, Israel ( XTC ), Northern Ireland ( IRA ), Mexico ( Cartels which he describes in his books Zware Jongens and Gangstas Paradise ), Philippines and Mindanao where he met with a General and with the Chinese K14. He was involved in the 1980s/1990s so called Underworld of Amsterdam and the International Underworld and know all the ins and outs : he worked with the Chinese Tirades, Moroccan Mafia, Turkish Mafia, India and Pakistan Sri Lanka and Afghanistan (tribal area) and Nigerian Mafia, Scandinavian mafia and The IRA. He is the Co-Founder of the political party Stem van DE Straat ( The voice of the street ) and is the Underground presenter of the weekly satire show with the same name. He is the author of 7 crime books. He was never convicted for any drug crime nor did he ever gave the order for murder.
