Amit Sanouria

Amit Sanouria is an Indian theatre artist, actor, and Filmmaker. He is known for his work in Indian theatre and films as an actor and director. Amit Sanouria is a graduate of Madhya Pradesh School of Drama, Bhopal( M.P) with a specialization in acting in 2013 where he has learned various aspects of theatre. Later on, in 2017 Amit Sanouria got admission to Griffith University, Brisbane Australia in Film making. Amit Sanouria made in debut on stage in 2007. As an actor, he has performed in more than 35 plays and has directed 23 play productions. He is the founder of Chandigarh-based theatre group named Satvik Arts. As a filmmaker, he made his debut with his short film Pencil Box (2019). His film received sixteen national and international awards including a special jury mention award in the 10th Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival in 2020.
