Derek MacDonald

Born in High River, Alberta Canada; Derek MacDonald started his professional career as a producer of live events. He went on to open a successful award winning event production company, which led to his work in live show direction. Derek graduated from the Vancouver Film School film production program, with a major in Directing and Cinematography. He is based in France splitting his time between Canada and Europe and works as a writer/director for music videos, commercial video and narrative film.
