Born April 17, 1998 (Garanhuns), '''Metturo''' is an actor, singer and songwriter He became known as the youngest blogger of the year 2010 and for his work as an actor acting in plays such as Diário de um Banana. Metturo comes from a simple and humble family, of Pernambuco origin and Bahian and Alagoas descent, as well as Mexican influence. At the age of 6, he was already doing theater and starred in plays at school and also at the Luis Solto Dourado Theater in Garanhuns. He continued as an actor until he was 18 years old and together with other actor friends he formed an independent theater company, called Gypsy Art. And in this theater company they toured around Pernambuco and neighboring states. He has always been passionate about art and music, he grew up listening to names like Cazuza, Shakira and Freddy Mercury, as well as rhythms like MPB, Samba, Axé, Latin music and Jazz. At the age of 12 Metturo began to immigrate on the internet, being one of the first young bloggers on Orkut and Facebook. At the time of Orkut, his stage name was Mattheus Ollyver, and on Facebook Mateus Gomez, the name of which he became well known. In 2014 he had his Facebook page verified and 1 year later he lost his page due to haters. As a child he was a dreamer and believed that shooting stars could make wishes, so he grew up counting shooting stars and making wishes, but those dreams never came true, after going through this disappointment he decided to be his own shooting star and make his goals happen, and since shooting stars are meteors he meant to refer to these stars he wished on. And so his stage name "Metturo" was born, which basically means "shooting star or meteor". His internet fame began in 2014 when he reached almost 500,000 followers on social media, being shared by several people and becoming a meme. It was followed and liked by several famous artists, such as Delano and Banda Chicabana among others. Metturo gained an audience at the time but moved away from social media in 2016 depriving his photos and changing his name which later in 2020 became Metturo. Metturo worked as a cleaning products salesman, with general services and a waiter being called by customers as a cat waiter. In addition to assisting in administration and Spanish translator, as he is practically fluent in this language. And he also worked as a digital influenciador, promoting and partnering in exchange for money or even the product. In 2017 he moved to São Paulo in search of his dreams and work. Months later he returned to Pernambuco because he did not find refuge or help. In 2020 Metturo plays as an independent artist and releases his first singles in Spanish, titled: Un Fénix Libre, Perra Santa, Pobres Almas en Desgracia, Sin Freno, and Brillantes, the only single that caught a lot of attention from several people. But he was upset for having been hated a lot and criticized for not having a tuned voice, because his songs were recorded with auto tune. So feeling attacked and flopped he removed all the songs from the digital platforms. He returned in 2021 with new music, as well as several ideas and collaborations. He decided he doesn't care about haters or criticism he just wants to make art, even if it's not well received.
