Scott Perry is an actor based in Los Angeles, California. He grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, and spent a large portion of his first career in music, film, and TV marketing. Perry got his start in acting by doing background for shows such as Westworld, Impeachment, Dead to Me, Lakers, Hunters, and Barry, and continues to gain ground and on-set experience on a daily basis. Perry is the reigning champion of the Fox game show Mental Samurai, in which he correctly answered 38 questions in a row while being flung around by a three story robotic arm, earning him the nickname "Mr Perfect" from host Rob Lowe. Perry has also appeared a dozen times on CNN International to discuss the real-life implications of government oversight of social media platforms, providing keen insight into the workings of Facebook, Amazon, Twitter, and others. Perry is an outspoken advocate for animal care, and "married" his cat Olivia on Instagram live during the pandemic t raise awareness and funds for his local animal shelter; international press included a feature in People, a morning segment on KTLA, and articles as wide-ranging as the Hindustan Times, Upworthy, and The Coast (New Zealand). Perry wrote the bestseller 'Snapchat 101 for Adults,' which Snap CEO Evan Spiegel called "approachable and easy to understand." When he is not pursuing the craft of acting, Scott enjoys riding his bike along the beach, running, hiking, and regional weekend flea markets.
