John Marshe

Born and raised in beautiful Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada, John Marshe is a small town boy who is no stranger to the camera. Now living in the Toronto, Ontario area John has a history of working in the home renovation industry where he has made multiple appearances on set of various shows. In 2015 John became a father to a little girl named Lily who has been his inspiration for his breakthrough into the film and TV industry. While undergoing his continued education in film and TV being enrolled with The Storytellers Conservatory in Los Angeles, California John took his career to the next level when he wrote the short film Danno's Escape (2021) and played the lead role of Danno Viniti and undercover cop in a biker gang riddled with crime. As the actor, co-producer and story writer John's goal has been to combine an action biker sequence with heartfelt drama of a cop on the verge of losing his family in an effort to take a drug lord, Joe Cinato ( Flint Eagle ) off the streets once and for all. Danno's Sargent, Ross Heinrich (Yvette McKoy ) wants to leave him in until he can build enough evidence to put an end to Joe's crime ring for good. With Danno's Escape (2021) being a success, winning more than 8 awards worldwide it landed him a principle role playing the part of John Taylor in a classic Christmas comedy called Meet The Taylors as well as a principal role in NBC's hit TV show An Unexpected Killer and minor role in StarTrek Strange New Worlds S2 premier. John is also producing a documentary named Plague (2022) which is about the Covid-19 virus and the politics behind it that drives the pandemic causing mass financial losses, increased depression and marital turmoil. John's newest work includes his supporting role on a feature film currently in production called Human Nature where he plays the part of Frank Russo a hired contract killer. Represented by Star Talent Inc John is often working on his craft through auditions for various roles and TV commercials. Being a dedicated actor John can often be found in various workshops and researching and implementing proven techniques throughout the day. His personal life includes spending time with his spouse, his daughter and three step children. Being a loving father and step-dad continually fuels his strive for success in the industry.
