Nicole D Black

Nicole Deniece Black is a Washington DC native who attended Duke Ellington School of the Performing Arts where she majored in Theatre. She went on to Cornish College of the Performing Arts in Seattle, Washington and continued her education in Theatre. She later returned to Washington DC and continued to improve her craft with roles in local productions of Very Early in the Morning, What is Christmas? and The Prayer Circle. Her first onscreen appearance was in the Chris Rock film Head of State. Recently Nicole was in Captain America II: The Winter Solider Marvel, House of Cards, and Investigative Discovery Series. Nicole was also the understudy in the stage play "Unraveled" as Dr. Angelique Preston. Recently Nicole was in a film "Recession Proof" and was just cast as the "mother" for a voiceover called Meeting Mrs. Leigh. Nicole credits all that she has accomplished through the blessings of the heavenly father and with the love and support of her family - her mother Pat, her Uncle, her children, Marc II, and Nina.
