Mindy Ann Redman

Mindy Ann Redman was born in Lancaster, PA on September 15, 1978. Her Parents were Katherine and Eugene Irvin, although she was primarily raised by her mother after her parents separated when she was a child. Mindy starting performing at a young age, she was participated and won child modeling pageants, she took tap, baton, jazz, and Ballet and won a full scholarship to the Barbizon modeling school in Philadelphia, Pa. However; due to medical issues within the family and medical issues of her own Mindy only performed for fun for most of her life. It was when Mindy experienced an illness that almost took her life and her ability to walk that she decided to put her heart back into pursuing her passion. Mindy is a differently abled actress that has peripheral neuropathy caused by Lupus and Sjögren's syndrome (a disease recently receiving awareness due to Venus Williams recently being diagnosed with the disease). However; she doesn't let that hold her back and she hopes to be a role model for others suffering from chronic illness or disability. You can still achieve your dreams, no matter what life throws at you!
