Born in Iowa City, IA, and raised in Atlanta, GA, Sarah began acting when she was just a young middle school tween, igniting a lifelong passion for performing. Throughout high school, Sarah continued to perform in plays and musicals, including classics such as Fiddler on the Roof, Once Upon a Mattress, and A Chorus Line. It was these experiences on stage that led Sarah to study theater through college and graduate school. Sarah pursued her bachelor's degree in Theater from Washington University in St. Louis, as well as a Master's in Performance Studies from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. She has performed across a variety of art forms and genres, ranging from Shakespeare and Chekhov, to experimental and devised work. While she has a passion for many different genres, Sarah finds the most joy in making people laugh, with a penchant and talent for adopting quirky, comedic relief characters. Now rooted in Atlanta, Sarah is active in the film, television, and theater industries. She is a passionate learner, collaborator, and creator, always looking to challenge herself and grow as an artist. In addition to acting, Sarah is also an avid writer and singer. She loves being active and playing sports, including tennis, volleyball, kickboxing, yoga, strength training, racquetball, and running.
