Tut Gregory was born on May 23rd, 1998, in San Francisco, CA. He attended The Branson School in Ross, CA, where he first began taking both classical and contemporary acting courses under the school instructor, Maura Vaughn. From Branson, Tut attended Wake Forest University, from which he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in English, and a minor in Chinese Language and Culture. During his first year, Tut pursued a business major in addition to playing on the club lacrosse team. After a change of heart between years one and two, Tut shifted towards his strengths in English and Chinese, while simultaneously pursuing his acting passion in the theatre and dance department. In his first university audition, Tut earned a leading role as "Baz" in Tony Kushner's "A Bright Room Called Day," and from there would continue to gain lead roles throughout the rest of his years. As an acting intern at Marin Shakespeare Company in San Rafael, CA, Tut trained in Shakespearian acting, while gaining his first professional theatre credit in the summer season production of "Measure for Measure." Since August, 2021, Tut lives and works in New York City, NY.
