Naim Zaboura

Naim Zaboura is a director, writer and producer based in Dubai and New York City. Zaboura was raised in Dubai to Greek - Jordanian Hotelier parents, Naim has worked on a wide number of music videos (Produced Badria Essaied - Jrahni Baad, Line Produced Waleed Al Shami - Alf Besm Allah, Etc.) branded content Series' (Wrote and Directed: Fairmont Bab al Bahar's 'Something's Missing') commercials (Directed: Phillips ME Smart iron, Phillips ME Garment steamers) & short films; As well as theatre and fashion Live shows and productions (Annual Run Way Dubai Director) . Naim won the 'Best Director' Award at the Dubai 48 hour film competition in 2012. His passion lies in writing for TV. Naim is the creative visionary behind many Hotel web series in the UAE; with clientele such as Radisson blu Hotel, The Meydan Hotel, The Fairmont Hotel, etc. The hotel business and how they run is almost second nature to Naim due to the fact that he grew up playing around the back hallways of Five star hotels. Naim's father has been in the hotel business for over 35 years, and virtually everyone in his family is somehow involved in the hotel business, except for him. On an interesting point his parents first met while working in a hotel. After graduating from his high school in Dubai with a recognition award for heading the film comity, Naim decided to do what he thought he knew best and enrolled in a Hotel management school. After a semester of hotel management Naim felt that his heart just wasn't into it and decided to follow his passion; film making. And went to film school in New York. Naim begun developing a Hotel based TV Series titled "Checking in" Naim shot a un-aired pilot. In his free time he teaches film making and screen acting master class.
