Alexa Waugh

Alexa Waugh is a television and film Producer and Line Producer. With over a decade of experience in the film and TV industry, Alexa Waugh is recognised for her knowledge and stead fast determination to see a project through from start to finish. Alexa grew up in Suffolk but moved to London to study drama, where she started her career in front of the audience. Her thirst for knowledge pulled Alexa behind the camera where she honed her skills in production. Starting off in television, Alexa has been lucky enough to travel all over the world, working on innovative 4K action and adventure programmes, long running series such as the Dog Rescuers and Nazi Megastructures, branded content for FIFA and Elton John's The Cut as well as music videos including Haim. After learning the ropes on film Hi Lo Joe and working on award winning short films including Catch and The Quiet, Alexa's first big move into feature films was with Tom Paton on Pandorica and she has continued to work with well established producers and directors as well as up and coming new talent. Alexa is one of the hardest working line producers in today's market. Besides film-making, Alexa is a voice over artist for short films, adverts, BBC and Channel 4.
