Guillaume Brahimi is a French-born chef based in Sydney, Australia. Born on August 11 1967 in Paris, France, Guillaume began his career as Commis chef at the three-star Michelin restaurant La Tour d'Argent, eventually graduating to Chef de Partie after several years. At the age of 23, Guillaume moved to Australia where he opened his first restaurant, Pond. A number of restaurants followed. In 2008 he launched Bistro Guillaume at Melbourne's Crown Casino, styling the restaurant on the classic French bistro. In 2012 the launch of Bistro Guillaume at Perth's Crown Perth followed. In 2016 he launched "Bistro Guillaume Sydney", located in the heart of Sydney.
