Mihai Muntenita was born in Bucharest, Romania. During his High School, Muntenita was involved in sports (swimming) and building IT skills. Muntenita attended the National University of Theatre and Film "I.L. Caragiale", Bucharest, where he majored in acting. Also, Muntenita has a Ph.D. in Theatre with a thesis dealing the way the student's theatre groups evolved during the communist era in Romania. He is currently an actor at the National Theatre in Bucharest.
