Mesha Toor

Mesha Toor is an International Actress, Fashion Model, top Modeling Coach and Certified Reiki Grand Master. Born and raised in Vancouver, BC Mesha started off her career in Fashion Design before pursuing a career in Film and Television. Growing up, Mesha was inspired by the art of film making and the cinematic world through the influence of Bollywood films--something she says made a "huge impact" on her as a young girl. After graduating from the Art Institute of Vancouver in Fashion Design, Mesha got involved in community theatre. She performed in various plays and skits--targeting issue's prominent within the South Asian community. Her passion for the performing arts finally led Mesha to train as a professional actor in Film & Television at Vancouver Film School. Mesha's love of fashion and modeling also enabled her to develop a successful career as a Fashion Model and Fashion Show Coordinator to a highly-sought after modeling/runway coach in Vancouver, BC. During her mid-year in film school, she was approached for modeling gigs and took it as an opportunity to open more doors for herself within the industry. In 2012 Mesha launched her modeling school Model Mechanisms® and offers private coaching sessions for aspiring models, actors and entertainers. Mesha's natural ability to teach and provide spiritual industry guidance for her students was an easy transition for Mesha to train as a Reiki Grand Master. Mesha's innate healing ability and intuitive sense have always made Mesha keen to help and ease other people's pain. In 2020 Mesha opened Mudita Healing Studio with her sisters, providing Reiki Healing Sessions + Crystal Therapy Sessions.
