Kim Pease is a Nationally Awarded Talent Placement Agent, Development Coach, Casting Director & Professional Make Up Artist with a passion for the Entertainment Industry. Kim also holds influential positions with several local and national organizations. She is the CEO of Arkansas Movie Makers Organization and the Executive VP & NWA Regional Director for Women in Film. Her company, FIA Worldwide Entertainment Agency, has had talent & alumni of her program in Emmy and Grammy Award Winning projects and in blockbuster films with the likes of Quentin Tarantino, Shailene Woodley, Naomi Watts, Jessica Biel, Tom Hiddleston and more. FIA ("fee-ah") talent has also been represented in National Television Commercials such as Dove, Clairol and Blue Cross. You can find FIA talent on Network Television most any week on popular television shows including The Walking Dead, Nashville, This Is Us, and Black-ish. FIA models have worked with Kanye West, Jay Z, and with the Home Shopping Network, and have also been featured in Regional and National publications including Glamour Magazine. They have walked national runways & shot internationally with top designers including numerous Project Runway Stars. She began her career in the Entertainment Industry over 20-years ago as a Professional Make Up Artist. Kim's first projects include Steel Magnolias with Julia Roberts, Sally Field, and Dolly Parton and Blaze with Paul Newman. She has continued to work with many other Academy Award and Grammy-Winning Artists. Most recently, Kim worked on outtakes of the MTV Music Awards and was a Featured Make Up Artist and Guest Judge for an America's Top Model Event. Recently, she launched her own industry friendly cosmetics line , Gobsmack'd Cosmetics. Kim has cast, crewed, & assisted filmmakers in hundreds of local and national productions, and has assisted in placing thousands of actors in film and video productions. She has brought several industry professionals, including the head of casting for MGM Studios and producers from both New York and LA Fashion Weeks, into the area to scout for talent and film locations, as well as, to educate aspiring actors and models. Her ultimate goal is to continue to bring legitimate opportunities to our community, nurture the growth of industry with relevant information and training, and facilitate bringing the dream or vision of the filmmaker, actor, model, etc to fruition, be it on national or local platforms.
