Dan Evans

Having joined The Light Infantry in 1986, Dan followed his fathers footsteps and transferred to the Royal Army Medical Corps in 1987, where after a brief spell in Environmental Health he returned to the Combat Medic role. After being discharged through injury in 1992, he rejoined two years later after regaining his fitness and served for a further three years, again as a Combat Medic. In 1997 he moved to Spain, during which time he was diagnosed with PTSD due to his experiences in various conflict zones. Returning to the UK in 2013 after working in the Ukraine as a close protection medic during the civil war marked his retirement from exciting jobs in interesting places, and after a period of readjustment he eventually found work as an extra with Military Film Services, then shortly after joined the Ambulance service Dan brings with him a wide range of skills, both military and medical, and the ability to work under pressure in extreme conditions.
