Steve D'Assis

Born Stephen Alan D'Assis in Oakland, California, Steve began his acting career with appearances in musicals at Woodminster Amphitheatre in the Oakland hills. His first professional acting credits were with the TV shows "Midnight Caller"(1989), and "Nash Bridges"(1995). He is best known for "Pacific Heights" (1990), "Dogfight"(1991), "Sister Act"(1992), "Mrs. Doubtfire"(1993), "Golden Gate"(1994), "EdTV"(1999), "Rent"(2005), "Milk"(2008), "Hemmingway and Gelhorn"(2010), "Chasing Mavericks"(2012), "Quitters"(2013), as well as various commercials, industrials, and voice-overs.
