Pablo Fernandez

You might say that Pablo Fernandez was born into imagination and innovation. As head creative and photographer, his father owned a successful Swedish advertising agency. To this day, his style is still influenced by his childhood fascination and flair for visuals, color and design - initiated from spending thousands of hours in the dark room, watching photos magically appear out of nowhere. The chemical fumes may had something to do with his creativity but has yet to be proven. His professional career began at the age of fifteen as a full time Graphic Designer for AM Advertising Agency. Three years later he owned his own production company, ZYX Graphics, transitioning naturally to Motion Graphics and 3D. A chance to work in South America and Spain resulted in his second company specializing in 3D visualizations. After two years abroad, he returned to Sweden to focus on 3D Post-Production for movies, commercials and the web. This also afforded him an in-depth education in Cinematography and credits as a DP. In 2010 Pablo made the next natural transition. This time to directing, producing and screenplay writing. Since then he has directed over fifty music videos, several shorts, commercials and two feature film. He's feature film We Will Part was finished early 2016.. Only weeks after the finished version started being submitted to different festivals Pablo got his first nomination for BEST DIRECTOR at Madrid International Film Festival The feature got also nominated for best Cinematography and best Makeup and Hair. Pablo also freelances as a VFX supervisor at one of Sweden's most prominent VFX houses - Swiss International, with many prizes on their shelves.
