Michael Merrill

Michael Merrill is the CEO of North Country Snow and Ice Management, a New York based winter services firm, where he has worked since October 2003. Mr. Merrill has over 12 years of culinary training, operations and management experience with Darden Restaurants. He is an active member of the Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA) providing ongoing training and mentoring of snow and ice professionals, Chair of the Green Team, former Chair of the Education Committee and a member of Snow Business Magazine's Editorial Advisory Board. He has worked on two Extreme Makeover Home Edition shoots, was featured in the Project SnoFighter documentary, USA Weekend magazine, the History Channel's Modern Marvels, Time Warner News, multiple local media pieces, and Snow Business Magazine regarding his expertise on snow removal services. Mr. Merrill was the producer on two of SIMA's training projects; '365°of Snow and Ice Management' and 'Skid Steer Loaders in the Snow and Ice Industry. Michael is developing a Snow and Ice Industry themed reality show for a yet to be named network.
