Jon Santiago is a Chicago-based film director who thrives on blending genres to create unpredictable, distinct, crowd-pleasing films for his audience. His feature directorial debut, the psychological drama "Blame" premiered at the 2017 Illinois International Film Festival, and his latest thriller short film "Present" (2021) was featured in Chicago Filmmakers' showcase event The Spirit of Chicago 13. His other shorts, "Banana Pancakes" (2011), "Breathe" (2012), and "Forever Young" (2012) range from romantic comedy to a survival story to family drama, each proving an unmatched experience with each project. He has 20+ film and television credits as a Script Supervisor, including the feature film "Signature Move" (2017), "The Thing About Harry" (2020), "Chicago PD" (NBC), "Shameless" (Showtime), and recently, "Somebody Somewhere" (HBO) and "Station Eleven" (HBO Max).
