Gustaf Saige was born in Boynton Beach, Florida on a Super bowl Sunday. He lived in Colombia from age 3 until he turned 18, always involved in theater. He went back to the US to study CGI in college, and upon graduating, pursued a career in animation without success. He was afterwards invited to work in China, where he lived for 4 years, teaching English to kindergarten children. During this period, he was given the chance to direct and star in a play for Wenzhou University in the outskirts of Wenzhou, Zhejiang province. The play was based on the famed Chinese novel "Journey to the West" and was broadcast on local Television, becoming a huge hit with the audience. After Gustaf's return to the U.S., he attended the Stanislavski Method school at the Atwater Playhouse in Los Angeles for two months. Then he found his second home with the Rossi/Snyder Theater Labs
