Proudly born and raised in the beautiful region of Charlevoix, Eric K. Boulianne left the countryside in 2002 to study cinema. Following his B.A. at UQAM, he wrote the short-films Marshmallow (2010), Sex of others (2011), The Realms of Kromaki (2013) and Little Brother (2014, official selection at the 53rd International Critic's Week of the Cannes Film Festival). Beside his television work (Les Pêcheurs (2013), SNL Qc (2014), Le Nouveau Show (2015), Web Thérapie (2016), Lourd (2016), he co-wrote the screenplay for PRANK (2016, official selection at the 31st Critic's week of the Venice Film Festival) and Father and Guns 2 (2017), a sequel to the hugely successful comedy from Emile Gaudreault. He also co-founded the production company Romance Polanski with Jean-Sébastien Beaudoin Gagnon, with whom he co-produced Little Brother and PRANK. Sometime, Eric K. Boulianne also acts.
