Sofia Åström

Sofia Astrom is a director and writer best known for her animated stop motion music videos Bone Dry, for the world-renowned rock-band Eels and Moonwrapped, Richard Edward of Margot & the Nuclear So And So's. Astrom directed the TV pilot for SYFY channels new show The Black Hole written by Michael Waldron (Doctor Strange) and Dino Stamatopoulos (Moral Orel, Franknhole). The show is set in a dive bar in space and produced by Starburns Industries (Anomalisa). Born in Sweden and based in Los Angeles, Astrom is a graduate of the American Film Institute Conservatory.
