Lydon Erik, Mexican actor best-known for Esperanza del corazón (2011-2012), Como dice el dicho (2011), Historias Delirantes (2014), Los Miserables (2014) and several leading roles in national and international high profile advertising campaigns, was born in Xalapa, Veracruz, México on April 26, 1992, to Patricia César and Humberto Briséño. He has a younger sister named Daniela. From childhood Lydon knew that he wanted to be an actor. In order to pursue his dream, Lydon moved to Los Angeles, Ca. Lydon began his career at the age of 16 with the leading role in a drama-horror short film called No Sin Ella playing the character of a dead-child ghost who refused to leave this world without his still alive mother. His first television role was in the Mexican soap opera Esperanza del Corazón (2011-2012) playing David, the first soap opera under-age gay guy character of the Mexican T.V. history, then he decided to branch out into series television when he accepted the roles on Como Dice el Dicho (MX, 2011) and Historias Delirantes (USA, 2014). His charisma and magnetic personality put him in the radar of the most important worldwide brands, like Cinépolis (MX, 2011), Doritos (MX, 2012), Burger King (MX, 2013) and Verizon Wireless (USA, 2014), just to name a few. In 2014, Lydon decided to make his comeback to soap operas with Los Miserables (USA, 2014) a bold and modern adaptation of Victor Hugo's literary masterpiece.
