At the early age of 18, Randa participated in "Star Search" a TV show that was on the look out for talented individuals in three different categories. Randa got in as a stand up comedian. Though she didn't win, her strong presence on stage caught the crowd's attention as well as a big time producer who thought she had great potential to become a Radio/TV presenter. Still a marketing university student, Karadsheh managed to slowly build a huge solid fan base for herself. She struggled between school, the radio station and hosting TV shows. In no time, She was presenting one of the most listened to radio shows in Jordan granting her several different awards such as "No. 1 presenter in 2009 and 2010" and "Best radio show in 2010". Her show later became the number one afternoon show in the kingdom of Jordan. If there's anything that Randa loves, it's a challenge! Randa always had a passion for acting, she was offered a few minor roles in mini series, comedy sketches and tv series, but it wasn't till the film "A Seven Hour Difference" that she got her biggest challenge yet; the lead role in a Jordanian feature length film. Karadsheh took on the challenge with might, and hopes that through this experience, she will be able to pursue her dream of becoming a professional actress.
