Suzanne M. Smith was born in Port Arthur, TX. She began her film career in Austin, TX and then moved to Louisiana where she continued to work and train. She attended BPCC Film Institute in the Shreveport, LA area and began working Crew. She was Unit Production Manager for the short film _Priceless_ (2010) which won the Worldfest International Film Festival 2011 1st Place Platinum Remni Award in the category of Short Film with a Social Message. While in Louisiana she sold the feature length script _Surely the Presence_ to BPCC Film Institute which was produced as _The Road to Destiny_. That film appeared at The Worldfest International Film Festival in 2012. In 2013 her script "With Tool and Sword" was nominated for the Top 5 Finalist Category in the screenplay competition of The Gideon Media Arts Conference and Film Festival and won Honorable Mention. During 2013 she also began The Collin County Filmmakers' Association. After working for several years on Independent Writing and Film Projects throughout the U.S. - Susan is relocating her company Mystible Entertainment to the Nashville area where she will continue to not only contract out services for other Indie projects and produce her own films- but also teach and Talent Manage Children and Youth.
