Shannon Massey Smith

Shannon is a freelance writer and filmmaker. She has been working in the Film Industry since she was 18 years old. Shannon started as a Production Assistant on commercials, and worked her way up the ladder from there. She became interested in screenwriting as a teenager. She wrote and directed home movies starring her three younger sisters. About 14 years ago a friend asked her to read a screenplay and provide feedback. She found she had a knack for helping others realize their creative potential. Shannon has a degree in Technical Film and Video with an emphasis on Writing and Directing. She is also a published poet and author. Shannon works as a ghostwriter and script doctor for clients around the globe.
