Sean Trauth

Sean grew up in Albuquerque, NM. He has pursued music since he had to choose what field to go into as a "real world" profession. At first he started singing harmonies with his mother to and from school in elementary, then he moved on to playing piano for a few years during late elementary and early middle school. He broke his arm in 4th grade, and decided to switch to trumpet, which he ended up playing for ten years. Around high school, Sean picked up a guitar, and finally knew what he wanted to do: Be a professional musician who could survive on his own creative works. He has since started and took part in a few bands: Adosatrixx, Bazooka Jill, and a few blues/funk jam bands. In 2012 he writes and performs in a group called Repel the Robot, who is really pushing the limits of what current Alternative is known for. One of the songs off of their first album was a nominee for the New Mexico Music Awards in Mainstream Rock.
