Rob D. Hall

Actor Rob D. Hall, born Robert Darrell Hall, is a native Texan and Former Texas Police Officer, Police Chief and "CSI" Crime Scene Investigator. Before his acting career began, Rob served as a police officer for 30+ years in various positions, including: Patrol Supervisor, CSI, Forensic Analyst, & Academy Instructor. He holds a Special Investigator & Master Police Officer certification with the state. Rob was the youngest Police Captain promoted in Austin, Texas at the age of 28. His 1998 promotion to Chief of Police in a smaller jurisdiction made him one of the youngest Police Chiefs in Texas at the age of 34. Aside from his law enforcement duties, Hall holds degrees in Forensic Science & Theology. For the last 20 years he has served as an Old Catholic / Ecumenical Catholic Priest & Bishop over Police Chaplain Services. He was one of the first openly gay police captains in the State. Rob's former experience as an openly gay Police Officer, Crime Scene Investigator, ordained Priest, Hospital & Hospice Chaplain, EMT, & Mortician give him a distinctly unique experience on the screen and in the various roles he is called upon to portray.
