Jack Spradling

On the move since he was born in Chattanooga, Tn. he has lived in 6 states and traveled extensively. He attended nine schools, four colleges, and a couple of technical schools. Officially a mass communications student and later Paramedic school he states that he really majored in insubordination and debate . His primary year-round transportation is a motorcycle. He has worked jobs that ranged from factory to office, landscaping to master photographer and, later,firefighter/paramedic, and EMS instructor. His main passions are his wife of 35 years Cheryl, his children and grandchildren, filmmaking,and motorcycles. Jack Spradling is a life-long film buff and camera fanatic but it was as he neared retirement from the Fire Department that he returned to writing. He completed several short and three feature film screenplays. He also started a group for filmmakers writing and shooting short films. While practicing and refining his craft with 12 shorts in 18 months, he helped foster the creativity that would be in demand by other filmmakers needing a ready-made, experienced team. His first feature as writer/director , "Emma," is now in post-production. His second feature as director, "Simon Maxwell: Interrogator" is currently (as of 5/31/13) shooting.
