Amelia Rico

Amelia Rico is a multi-hyphenate Indigenous/Latina Actress/Writer/Filmmaker from San Antonio, TX who now splits her time between L.A. and Texas. Her ancestry is Indigenous of South Texas and North and Central Highlands Mexico. You can see her as the witch, Ada Growing Thunder, in Dark Winds, Mary Ann Hanson on long running ABC drama, Grey's Anatomy, Dana Whitefeather on Season 3 of Paramount Television's hit show, Yellowstone, in season 1 of CWs hit show Walker and Netflix show, Mo, and as Gabriela in the Blumhouse/Amazon feature, Madres, opposite Tenoch Huerta. She married her high school sweetheart and now business and life partner, Art Ornelas, and is the mother of 2 amazing children, Apollo and award winning actress, Artemis Rico. Along with her husband, Amelia has built award winning multi-media production company, Ricornel Productions, which specializes in minority and female driven works for a general audience.
