Gayna Petit-Gittos was born in the city of Wolverhampton, West Midlands, UK. She comes from a family of 4 members, her father, a drafting engineer, her mother, an insurance clerk & her twin sister, a teacher. Gayna did singing, acting & music during her school years. After leaving at 16 she attended Wulfrun College of Further Education. She joined the Civil Service at 20 as a clerical officer in the Civil Law Courts. During this time she attended various creative classes at the local art college, studying painting & ceramics. She became a police officer in the West Midlands Police Force from 26-31. From 1995-1999 she attended the State University of New York, Buffalo, USA & Wolverhampton University. After graduating in 1999 with a BA(Hons)Illustration, she became a wildlife artist & photographer, participating in many exhibitions around the UK including the Chrisite-Wild International Art Show, Miami, Florida, USA. She has also written poetry & done interior & garden design. During the last few years Gayna has developed a passion for acting & films, seeing this as a continuation of her love for the creative arts. After studying 'Acting for Film' at Met Film School, Ealing Studios, London, Uk in 2009, she has been offered roles in 26 productions, including several lead roles in film & TV. In order to strengthen her natural abilities in film acting, she attended unarmed combat classes at Stagefight Ltd, Kidderminster, UK & further acting training at Kate Bee Acting Studio, Stafford, UK & a workshop at the Stella Adler Acting Studio, LA, USA
