Tiziana Sarro

Tiziana Sarro is a classically trained actress, director and singer of Italian origin, born and raised in Switzerland. She is fluent in German, Italian and English and conversational French. She graduated with a Master of Arts in Acting at the Zürcher Hochschule der Künste (ZHdK) and has performed on many stage plays all around Switzerland and Germany (such as Theater Basel, Karls Kühne Gassenschau etc.) since 1994. Tiziana is best known for her performances in unter uns (2020, RTL), Die Filmprofis (2020, series), Schweizer Helden alongside Esther Gemsch (2014), which won the audience award at the Locarno Film Festival and Corpus (2011), which won the Max Ophüls Award. She has been working with Francisco Javier Medina and Dani Levy amongst others. Tiziana is skilled in singing (soprano), skiing, yoga and especially loves the outdoors. She is the artistic director of Europe's biggest TELL-FESTSPIELE in Interlaken and she's touring with her Acapella-Group URSTIMMEN. She is on the board of REACTOR, a Swiss creative agency that focuses on media productions and interactive theatre formats. Tiziana is a big fan of "The Walking Dead", and "Twin Peaks", "Sex Education" and "The Muppet Show" and she's interested in working in films and series in Germany, Austria, Italy, England, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and the Czech Republik in drama and dramedy.
