Remi Young

Remi Young was born in a hospital in Haarlem, Netherlands on 15 September 2002, because it was the nearest hospital to the town of Hoofddorp in which his parents Karen and Clive were living at that time. He is an only child. He moved to Perth in January 2004, living first in an apartment in East Perth, then in a rented house in Duncraig, until his family moved to their present home in Kingsley. He attends Goollelal Primary School in class TA11 (year 5) with Ms. Efthymiou as his teacher. The principal, Mr. Greg Clark, supports his acting career and understands when he need to take time off school for an audition or for filming. As well as enjoying acting and film-making, he plays squash (ranked no. 1 in WA at his age) and participate in Little Athletics. He has also started running longer distances (4-7.5 km) regularly with his Mum and Dad with the WA Marathon Club. He's too fast for both of them.
