Luis Vázquez

Luis Vazquez is an American actor best known for his tough yet vulnerable onscreen presence. He was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico and due to his father serving in the U.S. Army he traveled and lived throughout different parts of the country from Hawaii, Texas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Puerto Rico and also Germany. As a young man he participated in many church plays but his interest in acting was first sparked in his last two years in high school while participating in drama classes and in theatre productions. During his senior year he was awarded the title "Biggest Ham Male" by his schools Drama Department. After high school Luis enlisted in the U.S. Navy and following in his father's footsteps made a career in the military. His last assignment in the Navy and the most rewarding in his career was working for Naval Special Warfare being assigned to SEAL Team TWO. Because of his military experience and background he rounds off his resume that lists such special skills as being proficient with firearms, trained as a medical tactical first responder and maintaining an active physically fit lifestyle, having been personally trained in Human Performance Initiative (HPI), a system of strength and conditioning training whose methodology is rooted in the Special Forces. He is a graduate from Regent University with a Master of Fine Arts in Acting.
