Samantha Schiek

Samantha Schiek was born in Iowa City, Iowa, but grew up in Springfield, Illinois. Her parents are Labeaux Schiek who works for the state and Debra "Johnson" Schiek who is a substitute teacher. She attended Springfield High School and graduates in 2013. Since 7th grade, Samantha has been deeply interested in learning new languages and the Japanese culture. She has been learning German in school since 10th grade and Japanese since 7th-8th grade. She also knows a little Korean, Spanish, and French. Samantha is a writer and has been writing short and long stories since 8th grade. She loves to write, draw and create new and original characters. Samantha has a green belt in Goju-Ryu Karate and has been doing karate since she was 10 years old. Samantha is a BIG anime fan and her all time favorite anime would have to be Sailor Moon by Naoko Takeuchi.
