Sarah-Jane Loxton

Sarah-Jane grew up in Tasmania, Australia, moved to Northern NSW in the 90's, married Andrew Loxton and had two children. Sarah-Jane Loxton started out promoting music events in her local community and occasionally doing the odd student film of independent short film. In 2015 she ventured onto the stage for Ophelia Thinks Harder, playing the role of 'Laertes' and 'Player 1'. Since then she has been involved in a number of local film and local theatre productions and has developed a real taste for the stage. When not on stage, Sarah-Jane can be found cleaning one, in her role co-managing the Star Court Theatre. In 2017 she started at Star Court Theatre as co-manager and Venue Manager, Sarah-Jane has assisted in re-establishing this 100-year-old theatre as an entertainment venue as well as a cinema. The theatre runs regular film sessions, film festivals, comedy events, music events, dance concerts, school concerts and live theatre. Star Court Theatre is now home to Star Court Theatre Players, the theatre's very own theatre company, which has already produced three sold out Rocky Horror Picture Show with Shadow cast performances.
