Michael Collier is a 4th Generation New Orleanian. He earned his Screen Actors Guild card at the age of 21 having appeared as a principal in many National, Regional and Local television commercials. No stranger to the stage, he played Claudio in the Louisiana Shakespeare Festival's production of "Much Ado About Nothing" and John Worthing in Southern Rep's production of "The Importance of Being Earnest." In NYC he performed Off Broadway at the Riverwest Theatre in "The Aching Heart of Samuel Kleinerman" and a modern interpretation of "A Midsummer Night's Dream"... New York, Chicago and San Francisco are the three cities which served as a backdrop to his thirty year career as an Account Executive for an Advertising Agency. Now, in his fifties, he's back in New Orleans (or "Hollywood South" as it's affectionately called) and is pursuing his first real love - Acting.
