Born Kang So Yun, in Seoul, South Korea, Sondra was adopted by an American family named, Anderson, at the early age of 2-1/2 and brought to the USA. She grew up in the State of Minnesota, in a mostly Caucasian neighborhood where she was teased about being different and learning very little about her Asian culture and history. But as she became a teenager, her looks attracted attention in a positive way and her new-found popularity caused her to embrace her Asian roots, and loving being different from those around her. In March of 2009, she met Lorenzo Anderson, a producer and indie film director at a talent contest. A year later, they reunited and Sondra moved to New York City, becoming Lorenzo's entertainment manager. With no experience in the entertainment biz, Sondra had to learn quickly, the challenges and road blocks to success within the industry and the battles she had endured as a child, gave her the tenacity to continue. In 2010, Sondra formed her Production Company, Poyzen Productions. In addition to Artist management, the company specializes in bringing Asian American talent into the forefront of the entertainment business. Sondra now a popular Casting Director serves as Executive Producer on several projects including, the Vflix Original Series, The Fever.
