Joe Kurek is an American born filmmaker and writer from New Jersey. He is best known for co-writing the award winning short films Blood Country (2012) and The Graveyard Shift (2012) as well as his short documentary work, in addition to his originative and provocative avant-garde film works. He is an honors graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in New York City.
