Noelia Rodriguez

Noelia Irene Rodriguez was born on August 20th, in the Pacific Northwest. She spent her childhood in Oceanside, California before moving to Seattle with her family, where she grew up. There she attended the University of Washington, studying Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences: Society, Ethics, & Human Behavior. She continued her education in fashion design, developing her passion for illustration which propelled her natural artistry into a career in makeup. While Noelia is occasionally thrust in front of the camera, behind the scenes she is a successful business owner, entrepreneur, professional makeup artist, talent manager, and former casting assistant. She resides in Los Angeles, California where she continues to pursue her many career endeavors.
