Lynn Gilmartin is an Australian actress, poker player and Hall of Fame sportscaster, best known for her role as anchor of the World Poker Tour (2003) on Fox Sports. Born in Dublin, Ireland in 1984, Lynn's family moved to Melbourne, Australia in 1986. Gilmartin first hit television screens as the host of 2012 Aussie Millions Poker Championship (2013) and continued as sideline reporter for ESPN Australia's coverage of 2013 WSOP Asia Pacific (2013). In 2013, she moved to Los Angeles to assume the role as anchor of the World Poker Tour on Fox Sports, alongside commentators Mike Sexton and Vincent Van Patten. Simultaneously, Gilmartin anchored and co-produced World Poker Tour's high roller series, WPT Alpha8 (2014), on FS1. Gilmartin began her film career in 2018 with the role of Gemma in the film Museo (2018), alongside Gael García Bernal. She has since appeared in Australian feature films How Do You Know Chris? (2020), Paul Hogan's latest, The Very Excellent Mr. Dundee (2020), and This Little Love of Mine (2021). In 2020, she had a guest role as Jessica Quince on Australian soap, Neighbours (1985). In January 2020, Gilmartin was inducted into the Australian Poker Hall of Fame at Crown Melbourne, for her outstanding contributions to broadcasting the game for over a decade.
