EMMY® nominated film & TV producer, writer and active national voting member of the National Television Academy. She attributes much of her creativity to her diverse and inclusive upbringing and the fact that she was born in Mexico and raised in Souther California. Lea has over 10 year experience in creative development, producing & physical production experience focused on scripted TV series & non-scripted content creation. Her successes and track record is shown by writing, creating, developing & producing EMMY nominated productions below budget and over delivering in quality. Lea focuses on developing and training a network of diverse individuals and creators to support the production, observe the possibilities of vital funding revenue avenues, marketing strategy and the success of the daily operations of Film & TV productions. This includes building the right strategies and action plans that best suit the vision and mission of each client, production and over all company needs.
