Joe Ruggiero

Joseph Ruggiero was a involved in reenacting and living history presentations, portraying various time periods including the American Revolutionary War and the American Civil War. He was a founding member of the Sea Rats Atlantic, a pirate re-enacting group that was primarily active in the North-Eastern United States. Joe is known for his work on Alone Yet Not Alone (2013), The Siege of Vicksburg, the Confederate Gibraltar Falls (2010) and No Retreat from Destiny: The Battle That Rescued Washington (2006). He died on October 29, 2010 at Carilion Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, Virginia, USA following an on-set accident.
