Chris Wells is an American screenwriter, creative producer, actor and has worn many hats for YouTube, TV and feature film productions in Europe, Australia and the United States. During the early 1990's he lived in Europe, learning High German and Castilian Spanish fluently. Wells has won international recognition for his work in several projects. His career focus is storytelling though alien worlds, characters, language and culture. Wells has an Advanced Diploma from the Sydney Institute Film Academy. Before graduating, his first milestone was "Aurora" (2014) where he and his team won Best Visual Effects and were also nominated Best Cinematography and Best Film in the Sydney Sci-Fi Film Festival - Project Sci-Fi Competition. While in Australia, Wells was taught by many talented creatives who have worked on notable projects to name a few such as "Mad Max", "Bladerunner", "Pitch Black" and "Earth Final Conflict". He was taught the post production process, advanced editing and color grading working under Kirsti Boerst, a post production supervisor for "Farscape". For directing actors, Wells trained under Lewis Fitz-Gerald both in film school and other projects whom, Fitz-Gerald was a big part in helping guide Chris Hemsworth's talent and supported him to pursue his ambition to work in America. Wells lives purely to share his experiences and inspire others to not doubt their unexplored talents.
