Born and raised in the Inland Empire, Steve Inman is a well rounded, independent director, writer, producer, and editor with 16 years of experience under his belt. His early career in film as an actor included small roles in two Roger Corman films ("Dragon Fire" & "Fantastic Four") between 1993-94. Predating his video days, Steve's background lies in the radio business where he DJ'd and co-hosted on stations such as KCAL, KGGI, and X103.9. Following his career in radio, Steve joined up with MMA organization "King of the Cage" where he became the lead commentator as well as current head of video production. On the sideline, Steve's independent production company, Inman Entertainment, began to breed life to various small projects over the years. In July, 2016, Steve headed to Houston, Alaska with a film crew of 4 to begin production on the campy, science fiction, cult-comedy Detective Jimmy Apple. Less than a year later, the 48 minute film Detective Jimmy Apple found its home and gained popularity on Amazon Prime Instant Video. This sparked a new era of growth for Inman Entertainment, as the company gained the ability to produce high quality visuals while maintaining its small membership. Plans for the sequel of Detective Jimmy Apple aim for release in fall 2017. Inman's original, off-beat, raunchy style is characterized by his roots in comedy and love for the 80-90s over-the-top action-packed film culture.
