Born in 1990 near Berlin, Jonas Riemer studied animation at the Film University Babelsberg.In his work he plays with the limits of the impossible by combining elements of live action, animation, and visual effects.After working as an assistant and lead animator on the 2011 film This Ain't California, Riemer wrote, directed, and supervised the VFX on his graduation short subject, Mascarpone.
