Decho Taralezhkov is a Bulgarian scriptwriter and producer, largely known for his collaboration with filmmakers Petar Valchanov and Kristina Grozeva. He co-wrote and played a small screen part in their award-winning second feature Glory (2016), co-wrote and assistant-directed their third feature The Father (2019), winner of the Karlovy Vary Crystal Globe, and co-wrote and executive-produced their upcoming fourth feature "Triumph". Decho is also known for his work on the children TV series "Blue Birds Island" (2019) and the English-language story-driven video game Elea (2018), developed by Bulgarian indie studio Kyodai and available on all gaming platforms. Decho holds a degree in Dramaturgy from the National Academy of Theater and Film Arts in Sofia, Bulgaria, and is a 4 Corners, MIDPOINT Writer's Room, Talents Sarajevo and Berlinale Talents alumnus.
