Emily Stephens

Nikki grew up on the Mornington Peninsula, South of Melbourne, Australia. Born into a musical family, Nikki was bought her first guitar at age seven although, she never learned to play until she was 21. Nikki decided to learn the saxophone at high school after her mother encouraged her to do an extra curricular activity. Nikki studied both Jazz and classical music though out high school before focusing on classical during her VCE years. After high school Nikki decided that she didn't want to become a musician but still wanted to work around music. Nikki attended SAE Institute where she completed her Bachelors Degree In Audio Production. While at SAE Institute Nikki discovered her love for sound in film and continued to work on student film productions. Nikki has been credited with two short films and had her first feature film released in 2012. Nikki continues her freelance work in the film industry and is preparing to shoot an original later this year.
